About Our Summer Intern Program 

Are you ready to kick-start your career? ISACA’s Intern Program offers rising Juniors and Seniors as well as Graduate students a hands-on experience and meaningful projects that drive impact. We're not your typical internship!   

 

At ISACA, you’ll dive into real projects that matter while sharpening essential skills like communication, emotional intelligence, and time management through our tailored development program. Responsibilities

Intern role and responsibilities  

You will be working closely with our publishing team by supporting tasks such as quality assurance, research, data clean-up or analysis, and administrative tasks that support the team’s core functions. You may also undertake special projects as needed. Specifically, you will: 

  • Conduct quality assurance / product testing for our new digital publishing platform 
  • Review courses tor quality 
  • Research what artificial intelligence tools are being used in learning products to enhance the student experience 
  • Review competitors to identify how they are using artificial intelligence in their products or what products they are offering about artificial intelligence  
  • Assist in editing products to make them accessible (ADA compliant)  

ISACA is seeking an intern that is interested in working in the publishing team to help improve the products that ISACA creates. We are looking for an individual with a keen interest in the technology and processes used to create adult education. Looking for an independent self-starter who is a creative thinker who likes to organize ideas into executable activities. Ideally this individual is a quick learner and can pick up new concepts quickly. This position will work closely with members of the learning team who will help train on the ISACA products, and act as mentors on the assigned projects. The role will also collaborate with individuals outside of the learning team that can help facilitate portions of the work assigned (product, content development, subject matter experts, etc.) 

Qualifications

RequiredField of Study 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in instructional design, education, industrial organization, or product management.

*Location: We strongly prefer candidates who can commute to Schaumburg, IL for orientation as well as 3-4 in-person meetings throughout the summer. Though you are welcome to work from our offices full-time, there is no requirement to do so. We will consider select remote locations within the U.S., but preference will be given to local candidates.
