Key responsibilities include maintaining trainer records, assisting with recruitment and performance evaluations, supporting program coordination, and administering key technology platforms such as the Accredited Trainer Portal, application processing system, and trainer scheduling tool. This role enables the Principal, ATP to focus on strategic initiatives, ensuring the growth and consistency of ISACA’s Accredited Training Programs worldwide. By supporting these essential tasks and technology platforms, the Support Specialist enhances training quality and contributes to the organization's global expansion efforts.
