Overview

Responsible for the administrative and processing duties related to the Credentialing Department. Manages all administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to, Exam and Item Development meeting planning and communications to volunteers, purchase orders and invoices, and updating team metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Centralize and organize team filing system and documentation. Create a filing protocol and communicate the new locations to the team.
  • Assist with the scheduling, communications and coordination of item and exam activities and other related programs. This includes monitoring email accounts, processing applications, payments, CPE, etc.
  • Serve as onsite meeting assistance (printing, ensuring delivery and set up of meals, coordinate onsite needs with IT, etc.).
  • Update team metrics dashboards and maintain updated reporting. This includes running reports and creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track performance metrics.
  • Conduct QA of migrated items within Dimensions system, exam files, system functionality, and exam drafts and post-meeting reports.
  • Track and process expense reports.
  • Serve as backup scribe for item development meetings.
  • Proof exam translation files.

  • 0+ years
