Overview

Responsible for the acquisition of Strategic Enterprise Medical Device Manufacturing customers as part of the FDA’s Case for Quality Voluntary Improvement Program (VIP). This person will lead the entire sales process from business development to closing the sale by sourcing qualified contacts and establishing trusted relationships with strategic accounts. The Strategic Account Executive must be a skilled new business hunter with experience in selling professional services to senior executives in the medical device manufacturing industry. This person is well connected in the medical device manufacturing industry and will come to the role with an established network of key contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets through new customer acquisition
  • Develop/Customize Client presentations & proposals
  • Maintain Account planning document and complete accurate timely and consistent CRM system (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Coordinate and engage with all internal resources, including marketing, legal (contracts), and service/fulfillment in meeting sales objectives, including submission of corresponding supporting documentation to enable the invoicing process.
  • Define and execute business plans resulting in target revenue achievement, greater customer satisfaction and increasing ISACA’s reach into the professional community individually and through direct report(s)

Qualifications

Required Field of Study:

  • Business; Customer Service

Minimum Years of Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of sales experience

Description of Minimum Experience Required:

  • Proven/Documented success acquiring new customers by selling professional services
  • Proven knowledge and experience selling to Medical Device Manufacturers
  • Established network of key contacts in the industry
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and performance at top 10% of peers
  • Managing complex enterprise sales cycles

Preferred Field of Study:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline from an accredited university

Preferred Years of Experience:

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
