Overview

The Engagement Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns and activities that increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth, focusing on engaging association members and increasing loyalty and retention.. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, membership, sales, and customer success, to create personalized, data-driven campaigns with a focus on lifecycle marketing and persona building.

 

This role requires a self-starter who excels at relationship-building and working cross-functionally with business stakeholders to drive strategic product and portfolio storytelling, positioning, and messaging to deliver a positive ROI for the organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue opportunities and improving brand awareness across multi-channel environments, along with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Must be curious, creative, and a strong writer who is excited to test new approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ISACA social media presence: create and post engaging content, perform daily monitoring of social media platforms, track social analytics, and provide competitive insights to optimize content and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive incremental revenue.
  • Leverage data analytics, customer insights, social media metrics, and purchase behavior to create personalized experiences, while measuring key performance metrics, and continuously refining strategies through A/B testing, feedback, and performance analysis.
  • Work with members, volunteers and influencers to develop content for social media and members-only communications to build engagement and loyalty.

Qualifications

REQUIRED FIELD OF STUDY:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field from an accredited university

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years

DESCRIPTION OF MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven success in engagement, product or solutions marketing, resulting in quantifiable growth
  • Message development in a content or knowledge- based marketing environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platform (Salesforce preferred) and social media platforms
  • Strong, proven computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED FIELD OF STUDY:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field from an accredited university

PREFERRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of performance improvement industry
  • Expertise in simplifying complex concepts into easily understood and value-driven messaging
  • Strong project management skills
  • Customer journey building experience

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience building product marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong, proven computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience in managing social media presence and reporting metrics (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
  • Highly strategic, consultative player who can plan (think), execute (do) and optimize (learn)
  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with on-time delivery.
  • Conceptual thinker that takes initiative and seeks possible solutions
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects, tasks and deadlines

Domestic travel up to 5% may be required.
