The Engagement Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns and activities that increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth, focusing on engaging association members and increasing loyalty and retention.. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, membership, sales, and customer success, to create personalized, data-driven campaigns with a focus on lifecycle marketing and persona building.

COMPENSATION
The annual salary range for this position is between $94,884 - $142,327 (minimum to maximum).
