- Instructional Design for instructor led, virtual instructor led and online (self-paced) courses
- Education and development of education materials
- Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms.

- Highly proficient in Captivate & Articulate Storyline (or equivalent)
Preferred Field of Study:
- Master’s degree in related discipline: Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, etc from an accredited university.
Preferred Years of Experience:
- 11+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or capacity, with a demonstrated record of success.
Description of Preferred Experience:
- Web service integration, User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) best practices and responsive design.
- International
- Worked in or developed products for IT Security, Cybersecurity, Audit, Governance or Risk professionals
- Professional Association/volunteer engagement
