Required Field of Study:
- Associates degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, communication, public relations, media, business administration or comparable field of study from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role or capacity, with a demonstrated record of success.
Description of Minimum Experience Required:
- 6 years event/hospitality industry
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience
- 3 years virtual event execution
- Experience in Event and ON24 virtual platforms
Preferred Field of Study:
- BS or BA in Event Management or Hospitality Management from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

- Virtual platform knowledge, specifically ON24 & Cvent. Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Office & Teams knowledge
- Additional language skills a plus; particularly Spanish
Certification and Licensing Requirements Preferred:
- CMP (Certified Meeting Planner)
- DES (Digital Event Strategist)
