Required Field of Study:
- Masters degree in business, management or related field from an accredited institution
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
- 15+ years of executive-level experience with broad scope responsibilities
Minimum Relevant Experience Required:
- Successful candidates will have experience:
- Establishing and building relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Initiating and/or growing strategic partnerships, strategic alliances, and/or joint ventures.
- In strategic stakeholder engagement, thought leadership development, and cross-functional planning and execution.
Preferred Years of Experience:
- 18+ years of executive-level experience with broad scope responsibilities
Preferred Relevant Experience:
- Experience with regulatory environment quality standards and performance frameworks such as CMMI or similar ecosystems and markets.
- Evaluation of product and systems engineering, services, supplier management
- Experience with organizational training, instructional design
- International experience
- Experience working in a professional trade association or non-profit
