About Our Summer Intern Program

Are you ready to kick-start your career? ISACA’s Intern Program offers rising juniors and seniors, as well as graduate students, hands-on experience and meaningful projects that drive impact. We're not your typical internship!

Program Dates: June 1 - August 21, 2026

Responsibilities

You will be working closely with our Web Operations team by supporting tasks such as research, data clean-up or analysis, and administrative tasks that support the team’s core functions.

You will be primarily assisting with content management activities to support the launch of our new ecommerce platform through tasks such as research, data clean-up or analysis, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to get experience with content management systems, web design, user experience design, analytics, and front-end web development.

 

Specifically in this internship, you will:

  • Participate in content management and content maintenance
  • Organize and import assets into our content management system
  • Learn about user experience design, and have an opportunity to participate in research and user testing
  • Learn about reporting on user behavior in Google Analytics, if desired
  • Learn about front-end web development, if desired

Qualifications

Required Field of Study

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in fields including or related to: Web Development, Human-Computer Interaction, User-Centered Design, Graphic Design or Marketing

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Basic HTML coding skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems preferred

Location

We strongly prefer candidates who can commute to Schaumburg, IL for orientation as well as 3–5 in person meetings throughout the summer. Though you are welcome to work from our offices full-time, there is no requirement to do so. We will consider select remote locations within the U.S., but preference will be given to local candidates.
