About Our Summer Intern Program

Are you ready to kick-start your career? ISACA’s Intern Program offers rising juniors and seniors, as well as graduate students, hands-on experience and meaningful projects that drive impact. We're not your typical internship!

Program Dates: June 1 - August 21, 2026

Responsibilities

You will be working closely with our Global Sales and Strategy team on research, data cleanup/analysis, platform support, and administrative tasks that enable the team’s core functions. You may also undertake special projects as needed.

 

As the Program Management Intern., you will support the Accredited Training Program (ATP) and, specifically, work on activities related to the broader launch of the Chapter Training Program and CAICO.

 

Specifically in this internship, you will:

  • Assist with trainer management: submit trainer applications, update trainer profiles (Salesforce), and track qualifications/certifications.
  • Support the Chapter Training Program and CAICO launch: prepare materials, compile launch data, assist onboarding, and coordinate communications with Chapters.
  • Maintain and clean data across systems: update trainer databases, generate basic reports, and ensure data accuracy for reporting and decision-making.
  • Support platform and content tasks: help manage the Accredited Trainer portal / Huddle, upload course materials, restore links, and support basic troubleshooting.
  • Collect and organize feedback: assist with participant and trainer surveys, compile feedback into reports, and support content/error reporting workflows.
  • Handle administrative & coordination tasks: schedule meetings, prepare documentation, respond to ATP mailbox inquiries, and support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Field of Study

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in fields including or related to: Business Administration, Management, Operations, Education, Information Systems

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Organization & time management
  • Professionalism and a sense of urgency
  • Curiosity and inquisitiveness; willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Technical aptitude: familiarity with Microsoft 365, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Huddle)
  • Analytical mindset: basic data cleanup, reporting, and attention to detail

Location

We strongly prefer candidates who can commute to Schaumburg, IL for orientation as well as 3–5 in person meetings throughout the summer. Though you are welcome to work from our offices full-time, there is no requirement to do so. We will consider select remote locations within the U.S., but preference will be given to local candidates.
