The Senior Manager of Application Engineering leads ISACA’s enterprise application development and integration initiatives across platforms such as Salesforce, .NET, Sitecore, and Next.js applications. This role ensures the delivery of secure, high-quality, scalable digital solutions that power ISACA’s eCommerce, member, and customer experiences. The Senior Manager will provide strategic oversight across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring disciplined delivery within scope and budget, and partnering with Product Owners to drive effective sprint planning and backlog prioritization. The Program Specialist I supports the effective administration of ISACA’s certificate and certification exams by helping ensure consistent, secure exam delivery across test center and remote proctoring environments. This role assists with triaging and resolving customer issues escalated by the CEC related to exam delivery, candidate experience, and certification policies. The Specialist also collaborates with PSI and ISACA’s cybersecurity team to support the identification, investigation, and documentation of potential exam fraud incidents. The Solutions Architect IV reports directly to the Vice President of Application Engineering and serves as a strategic and technical leader responsible for designing and guiding the delivery of scalable, secure, and data-driven enterprise solutions. This role works closely with fellow solution architects, business stakeholders and analysts, product owners, and engineering teams to translate complex business challenges into composable, AI-ready architectures that advance ISACA’s global mission.
